Immerse yourself in the breathtaking views from this architectural wonder! Cosmos Villa is a cantilever hanging out over the Caribbean Sea, adorned with a luxury terrace and pool, bedrooms with floor to ceiling window views of the mountains meeting the sea, and a garden full of bougainvillea.

  • Daily (sometimes 2x) yoga practices led by Kate. Morning practices include Breathwork and more energizing movement sequences, while evenings hold space for slower, more relaxed movement and yin yoga.

Meet the Team

Kate and Allie have worked together since the beginning of 2023 to bring a memorable retreat experience that is mindfully curated and professionally captured so that YOU can step away from your own cameras to get present, connected, and RISE into the experiences in front of you.

Walk away from this incredible experience with FULL access to an entire retreat gallery from adventures, to practices and everything in between. Allie also offers individual mini sessions to participants for a small additional cost.

  • I am a 500+ E-RYT and have taught thousands of hours of yoga all over the world. I started as a Baptiste trained teacher and fell in love with the vigor of the asana practice, but soon began to explore creative movement; weaving in unique, functional, and dancelike sequencing that felt like strong poetry to my body.

    My true aim is to create safe and inclusive spaces for people ready to go inward whether on retreat on in a training. I work to balance the spaces and containers from the yogic idea of Stirtha Sukha - strength and ease: often encouraging people to their edges for growth while fostering a caring resting place for all.

    Hi, I'm Alexandra or Allie, Alex, Al, I respond to them all. I grew up always having a camera in my hand. After I graduated high school, I moved to California to attend Art School, where I studied Film and Video. I quickly realized film was not what I wanted to do and eventually changed my focus where I fell in love with photography.

    I've been growing my photography business in Charleston since 2015 and nurturing authenticity from behind the lens along the way. Little Runaway Photography was born out of wanting to capture our most wild, raw sides because we believe that is where the real story gets told.

“This was my first RISE Retreat, and most definitely won't be my last. Kate did an incredible job of creating an energetic container for us to show up as we were, challenge ourselves, and to not be afraid to GO THERE and peel back the layers to reconnect with a deeper sense of self. I loved the balance of meditation, journaling, yoga, exploration, and quiet time. She was intentional with everything - from her playlists, to her quotes, to her journal prompts.
