This retreat has a unique element as it includes a one night stay in Panama City before transfer to the actual retreat. It is our experience that due to the long bus ride from Panama City to Cambutal, it is widely preferred to land after long flights and get a good nights rest prior to the drive and start of the retreat. Transportation is included and will be organized and led by Kate’s Retreat Assistant. Kate will be ready to greet you upon your arrival to Cambutal at the retreat center (aka her residence!)

private group transportation on spacious and air conditioned shuttle bus on May 4th from Panama City to Sansara resort in Cambutal for the start of the retreat
6 nights / 7 days in private luxury yoga & surf resort
