An intentional and thoughtfully curated pathway for your next steps in living your yoga practice on and off the mat. Our advanced teacher training is a beautiful balance of introspection, deep philosophical study, science, creativity, strength, and softness. Allow us to help guide you deeper into the teacher you have always meant to be while honoring the roots of this ancient practice.

This training kicks of August 2025 in Sri Lanka where you act as the mentoring teachers to our 200hr graduating students on their final weeks of training, while introducing you into your next chapter. This is the embodiment - living as the teachers in your practice. Online modules fall between our next in person portion held in Charleston, SC. This training is well rounded with captivating lectures, in depth readings and guidance within the ancient texts, guest lectures from worldwide professionals, embodied practices, intimate mentorship from your lead instructors, and more.
